SHIPPING POLICIES IN2TRI delivers to all Australian States and Territories and Internationally.
Australian deliveries
For orders greater than 20 garments please contact us directly to arrange postage at sales@in2tri.com.au.
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent via express post - registered mail.
International deliveries
For your protection all parcels outside Australia will be sent via Registered International mail.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes by the recipient country, which are typically levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note that you will be responsible for paying these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery times
If you are trying to estimate when your package will arrive, please consider the following:
All deliveries are sent by Australia Posts registered Mail, if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be available for collection at your nearest post office.
PAYMENT POLICIES IN2TRI accept credit card payments only. We accept the following credit cards – Master Card or Visa. If a credit card transaction is declined due to lack of funds or because a billing address provided do not match what the credit card provider has on file, you will be contacted immediately. If no response is received within 2 working days your order will be cancelled. Please note: No orders will be dispatched prior to receiving payment.
OUR GUARANTEE / RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES IN2TRI strives to provide a 100% guarantee on every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectations and is unused please send it back within 14 days. We will send you a new colour, another size or entirely different style. We look at used items at a case by case basis only our standard policy is to only accept returns on unused items. After 14 days we will accept returns on item with manufacturing defects only. Return postal address: Send return items back to us via registered mail, and please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your credit. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges when returning items. Please remember to keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
BACK ORDERS Due to limited availability of some triathlon gear we may run out of stock. You should be informed of this when trying to place your order, however if you wish to place a back order, please email the product details to sales@in2tri.com.au and you will be contacted with details on delivery time.
